Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, Splenda Granulated, baking soda, baking powder, and yogurt in a bowl and mix well. Add the chopped and peeled apple.
  2. Blend in the gluten-free oats, vanilla, and cinnamon to the mixture. Set aside for 2 minutes.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan with cooking spray, over low-medium heat. Pour the batter onto the pan to form small-sized pancakes.
  4. Flip the pancakes with a large spatula when bubbles rise to the surface and the edges appear cooked.
  5. If desired, serve the pancakes with baked apples.
