To make the topping:

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, baking mix, Splenda Stevia Sweetener, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add margarine and mix with a fork until the mixture is moist and crumbly.

To make the crisp:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss apples with Splenda Stevia Sweetener and cinnamon.
  3. Divide apples between two single-serving baking dishes. Sprinkle half the topping over each.
  4. Bake for 35–45 minutes.
