  1. In a serving bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, and red onion.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together Splenda Sweetener, vinegar, and mayonnaise until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture, and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Sprinkle broccoli salad with crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds; toss, and serve immediately.
