  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage, onion, carrot, salt, and ½ cup Splenda Sweetener; toss to combine.
  2. In a saucepan, whisk together remaining ½ cup Splenda Sweetener, oil, vinegar, dry mustard, and celery seeds. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Pour hot dressing over slaw, tossing to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
