Orange Vanilla Panna Cotta

  1. Pour water into a small bowl; sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Let sit for about 10 minutes, until the gelatin absorbs the water.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine milk, orange peel, and vanilla bean. Heat over medium-low just until mixture begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
  3. Slowly add gelatin mixture, stirring constantly until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in Splenda Sweetener.
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher with a spout. Pour into 8 ramekins or dessert cups.
  5. Chill panna cotta, uncovered, for at least 2 hours. Serve garnished with mixed berries.
