Strawberry Topped Cheesecake

To make the crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, Splenda Sweetener, and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moist. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9” pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely.

To make the filling:

  1. In a bowl beat cream cheese and Splenda Sweetener together at high speed until creamy.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust; refrigerate 3 hours.
  3. Top cheesecake with fruit before serving.
