  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the Splenda Sweetener, butter, pumpkin, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and ground cinnamon; stir to combine thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Cool slightly, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
