No-Bake Berry Cheesecake Bars

  1. In a bowl, combine crumbs and vegetable oil; mix until crumbs are evenly moist. Press into bottom of a 9” square pan.
  2. In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and Splenda Sweetener on medium speed until blended. Add whipped topping and mix slowly to combine.
  3. Spread over prepared crust. Top with berries. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. In a bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water; stir constantly for about 2 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ice; stir until melted. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon gelatin over berries.
  5. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until firm before cutting into squares.
