New York Style Cheesecake

Instructions

To make the crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine crumbs, Splenda Sweetener, and butter. Mix until crumbs are evenly moist. Press into bottom of a 10” springform pan.

To make the filling:

  1. In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Splenda Sweetener and flour and mix until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and egg yolks; beat until smooth. Add vanilla extract and cream; mix until well blended. Pour filling over crust.
  3. Bake for 55 minutes and check for an internal temperature of 175-180°F.
  4. Turn oven off and with the door cracked, let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour longer. Cheesecake will be slightly firm to the touch.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
