Icy Lemon Sorbet

Makes 8 (½-cup) servings Kilojoules 20.92 Prep Time 10 minutes Total Time 2 hours Made with Splenda® Stevia Sweetener


  1. Combine boiling water and Splenda Stevia Sweetener in a large bowl, stirring until sweetener dissolves. Cool slightly.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
  3. Pour mixture into a 9” square pan; cover and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
  4. To serve, cut tops from lemons; remove pulp. Set aside.
  5. Remove sorbet from freezer; let stand about 10 minutes. Scrape sorbet surface with a spoon. Scoop sorbet into lemon shells or into small serving dishes. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired
