  1. In a bowl, combine flour, Splenda Sweetener, and salt.
  2. Add shortening and use a pastry blender or two knives to cut it into the dry ingredients until the mixture has some pea-sized lumps of shortening.
  3. Add cold water and mix until dough is smooth.
  4. Divide dough in half and press into two disks; wrap each portion in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  5. When ready to roll out, let dough rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, roll out to a ¼-inch thick round.
  6. Proceed as directed by your pie recipe to prepare a single- or double-crust pie.
