  1. For hibiscus tea: In a small container, combine hibiscus tea with 2 tablespoons water. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain to remove tea leaves.
  2. For drink: In a glass, combine Splenda Stevia Sweetener with tea; stir until sweetener is dissolved.
  3. Add sparkling mineral water and raspberries; stir gently. Add ice.
