Cranberry Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, cream butter and Splenda Sweetener until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in eggs, Greek yogurt, and extracts. In a small bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Fold in baking chips, cranberries, and walnuts. Spread into a greased 13x9x1-in. baking pan.
  2. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
  3. To make powdered sweetener: Add 2 cups of Splenda Sweetener and cornstarch to a blender and blend on high for 10-20 seconds.
  4. To make frosting: In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in powdered sweetener; spread over top. Sprinkle with cranberries. Cut into bars or triangles. Refrigerate leftovers.
