  1. In a shallow mug, using a fork, mix flour, Splenda Stevia Sweetener, and baking powder together until combined.
  2. Mix in almond milk and vanilla until combined. Stir in 2 teaspoons white chocolate chips until just combined. Microwave 5 minutes and let rest in microwave 2-3 minutes.
  3. Top with remaining chocolate chips, raspberries, and pistachios. Serve and enjoy.
