Hot Chocolate and Peppermint Popcorn

  1. Place popcorn in a large bowl, big enough for stirring; set aside.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 cup of chocolate chips for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn and stir to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Splenda Granulated Sweetener, milk powder, cocoa powder, salt and cayenne. Fold cocoa mixture, remaining chocolate chips and peppermint candies into popcorn mixture until combined. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
