Ginger Tonic

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add water, ginger, lemon juice and turmeric. Heat to medium low, stir, and let mixture simmer for 1 minute. Turn off heat and let mixture cool 5 minutes.
  2. Strain tonic into two mugs, and stir two sachets of sweetener into each mug.
