  1. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add sour cream and Splenda Sweetener, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until frosting reaches spreading consistency.
