Preheat oven to 150°C .

Whisk 3 eggs and set aside.

Empty the yoghurt into a big bowl and add the vegetable oil, SPLENDA® Granulated and flour.

Pour over the eggs and whisk the mixture.

Line two 1lb loaf tins with greaseproof paper and pour in the mix.

Bake for 50 minutes.
