Lemon Raspberry Overnight Oats

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for first layer. Pour into a small glass jar.
  2. Mash raspberries with Splenda Stevia using the back of a fork. Spread raspberry mash on top of the oat layer.
  3. Mix together yogurt and lemon zest with juice.  Spread on top of raspberries.  Sprinkle freeze dried strawberries on top.  Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy a ready-made breakfast in the morning!
